Set & Forget: The Content Hack That’s Boosting My Growth
A peek inside my playbook: mindset, productivity & content automation.

Hey there,
The last few weeks have been a whirlwind. After months of planning, I’ve finally made the move back to Sydney, Australia! Not only that, but I’ve also started a new job that I’m genuinely excited about.
2024 was a non-stop grind—long days, big decisions, and plenty of adrenaline—but my wife and I made it. This whole journey has reinforced something powerful: when you truly commit to a goal, the universe has a way of aligning things in your favor. I spent months wondering how we’d make it happen, but looking back, every step led exactly where we needed to be.
It’s been a bit quiet on the newsletter front, but today, I’ve got a couple of insights I wanted to share.
1. Vision Boards & Envisioning Your Future
If you’ve never created a vision board, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Use Canva (or just a simple collage) to collect images that represent your goals—whether it’s a dream job, a travel destination, or a lifestyle change. Then, keep it somewhere visible:
✅ Print it out and stick it on your wall.
✅ Set it as your desktop wallpaper.
✅ Save it as your phone’s home screen.
Even if you’re not consciously staring at it every day, your subconscious mind absorbs these images, reinforcing your aspirations.
Beyond vision boards, visualization is a game-changer. When I was working toward moving back to Sydney, I’d picture myself:
✈️ Taking off from Germany for the last time.
🌅 Waking up to the Sydney sunrise in my own home.
These small mental exercises made the goal feel real—and when something feels real, you work toward it with even more energy.
Am I talking nonsense, or have you used these methods before? I’d love to hear your experiences!
2. Bulk Scheduling with Syllaby (Set & Forget Your Content)
Now, let’s talk content strategy.
Imagine defining your content theme once, then letting AI create, schedule, and publish a full month’s worth of content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn—in just a few clicks.
🚀 Well, that’s exactly what Syllaby’s Bulk Scheduler does.
Depending on your subscription plan, you can automate hundreds of posts with minimal effort. I’m on the Basic plan, which gives me the ability to schedule 20 posts over two weeks.
Here’s the strategy I use for maximum reach:
✅ Schedule 7 AI-generated videos to post every morning.
✅ Manually create 7 additional videos to post in the evening.
🔄 Result? A steady flow of 2 videos per day, boosting engagement, increasing reach, and improving the odds of hitting the algorithm jackpot—especially if you’re driving traffic to affiliate links.
For the tiny effort required (<10 minutes a day at the moment), this strategy has been working well, and my video views are growing consistently.

That’s it from me this week! Until next time, take care and keep pushing toward your goals.
Cheers,
